摘要
为研究两相系统在电子元件冷却领域的可行性和发展优势,建立以贴有电子元件的测试冷板为核心部件的系统数学模型,采用系统仿真方法研究两相冷却系统的热力学行为,同时与传统水冷在冷却效果、换热极限、系统循环流量方面作对比分析。
In order to investigate the possibility and developing advantages of the two-phase cooling system in the field of electronic elements, the systematic mathematic model equipped with test evaporator as the core component, which was pasted with electronic components, was established. Moreover, the system simulation method was taken to analyze the thermo dynamical performance and the advantages from different cooling effect, different limit of the heat transfer and different mass flux of the cycle.
