醋酸介质中锌缓蚀剂的研制与评价 被引量:1

摘要 研制了醋酸介质对锌有良好缓蚀作用的复合缓蚀剂JZS,采用正交法得到JZS的最佳配比,并用失重法和极化曲线法对复合缓蚀剂进行评价。失重法结果表明:在未添加缓蚀剂的醋酸中,锌的腐蚀速率为2.331 g·m-2·h-1;而添加适量JZS后,锌的腐蚀速率降至0.2503 g·m-2·h-1。缓蚀剂的抗干扰性(醋酸酸度、温度及时间)较好。极化曲线法结果表明,JZS是一种混合抑制型缓蚀剂。 A kind of corrosion inhibitor JZS which has good corrosion inhibition on zinc in aceticacid was developed. The proportion of the corrosion inhibitor JZS was obtained by orthogonal test. Theproperty of the corrosion inhibitor JZS was evaluated by weight-loss method and polarization curvemethod. It was shown by the result of weight-loss method that the corrosion rate of zinc is 2.331 g·m^-2·h^-1 in acetic acid and the corrosion rate of zinc is 0.2503 g·m-2·h-1 in acetic acid when the corrosion inhibitorJZS is added in. The corrosion inhibitor JZS has good property of anti-interference (concentration ofacetic acid, temperature and reaction time).It was shown by the result of polarization curve method that thecorrosion inhibitor JZS is a kind of electrochemical mixed type inhibitor.
