摘要
唐山市产业发展具有结构性改进的特征:围绕优势农产品,形成了产业化经营模式,农业经济效益得以提升;工业转型与升级加快,五大主导产业增加值比重及其内部结构悄然变化,多元化产业体系逐渐成型;第三产业增速放缓,现代服务业发展相对滞后。运用Malmquist生产率指数法得到实证结果表明,许多关键行业表现出技术进步效应或技术效率提高,改善了其全要素生产率;资源配置效率呈现出结构性优化的趋势;工业整体上呈现良性发展的趋势。
Tangshan industry development shows the following characteristics of structural improvement :industrialized management model was formed around superior agriculture products ,agricultural economic benefit was improved ,industrial transformation and upgrading was accelerated ,proportion of value added of the five leading industries has changed ,and diversified industrial system was gradually formed ;the third industry growth is slowing ,modern service industries development lags behind .The empirical results get from the Malmquist productivity index method demonstrate that many key industries showed the tech‐nological progress effect or the increasing technical efficiency ,and thus improved the total factor produc‐tivity of them ;and that resource allocation efficiency presents the trend of structural optimization .T he in‐dustry present a tendency toward the direction of benign development .
