摘要
为了对液压碎石车工作装置结构的设计进行验证和优化,在载荷分析计算基础上,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对其进行强度分析、模态分析和谐响应分析。得到破碎锤工作下五种极限工况下应力云图,找出最大受力工况。求出该工况下前6阶固有频率以及关键部位谐响应位移峰值及载荷频率。根据分析对工作装置结构进行了优化,并对使用和维护保养提出了建议。
In order to confirm and optimize the design of work device of the hydraulic rock breaker, on the basis of load analysis and calculation, strength analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are conducted by ANSYS Workbench. Obtain the stress figure of five extreme work conditions and find the maximum stress condition. Calcu- late first six natural frequency bands, the peak displacement of harmonic response and the load frequency. The structure design is verified and optimized. Suggestions of use and maintenance are proposed.
