摘要
采用文献资料等研究方法,从我国竞技体育的后备人才培养出发,对我国竞技体育运动员、教练员、科研人员的后备人才培养现状进行分析,抓住青奥会的契机,找出后青奥会时代我国竞技体育后备人才培养中存在的问题,并通过青奥会所引发的对我国竞技体育后备人才培养的反思,提出后青奥会我国竞技体育后备人才培养对策,以期为我国竞技体育后备人才培养提供理论借鉴,实现我国竞技体育的更长远发展。
Based on our country＇s system of competitive sports reserve personnel training aspects,starting from the present situation of our country competitive sports reserve talented person carries on the analysis,to athletes,coaches and scientific researchers and the status quo of reserve talented person as the main research object,and seize the opportunities of the youth Olympic Games,to find out in the youth Olympic Games under the background of the problems that exist in the our country athletics sports reserve personnel training,and through the youth Olympic club caused of athletics sports reserve personnel training in our country,find out in the competitive sports reserve talented person in our country and foreign athletics sports reserve personnel training the existing gap,and finally the background for the youth Olympic Games to provide reference for our country athletics sports reserve talent cultivation,realize the more long- term development of competitive sports in China.
