摘要
目的探讨脑外伤脑脊液中铁离子浓度与颅内压及相关生化指标的关系。方法通过观察32例颅脑损伤后脑脊液中铁含量的变化,探讨脑外伤脑脊液中铁离子浓度与颅内压及相关生化指标的关系。结果颅脑损伤患者脑脊液中铁离子含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),脑脊液中铁离子含量与颅高压明显相关(P<0.05),与脑脊液中红细胞数无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论脑脊液中铁离子含量与脑水肿程度正相关,可为脑水肿的综合防治提供重要依据。
ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between brain injury and cerebrospinal fluid concentration of iron ions intracranial pressure and biochemical parameters.MethodsThe iron content in cerebrospinal fluid were observed in 32 cases of traumatic brain injury, and studied the rela-tionship between iron concentration in cerebrospinal fluid and intracranial pressure and biochemical parameters.ResultsTheironcontentwas significantly higher in patients with traumatic brain injury in cerebrospinal fluid ( P〈0.05), Cerebrospinal fluid iron content was significantly associated with intracranial hypertension (P〈0.05), and red blood cell count in CSF was no significant correlation(P〉0.05 ).
