摘要
目的对附着龈重建在口腔种植修复中的应用价值进行分析探讨。方法 81例患者,均行附着龈重建术,观察治疗4周及6个月后的角化黏膜宽度及其他指标的改善情况。结果患者6个月后复诊时,口腔的卫生状况良好,种植体均比较稳定,探诊出血(BOP)位点百分比为24.1%。术后4周,角化黏膜宽度较术前得到明显改善(P<0.05),冠修复6个月后,与4周后的有效角化黏膜宽度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与术前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论附着龈的重建方法操作简单,在口腔种植修复中具有重要作用,在临床上值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze and investigate the application value of attached gingiva reconstruction in oral implant repair. Methods A total of 81 patients underwent attached gingiva reconstruction, and their improvements in keratinized mucous membrane width and other indexes were observed in 4 weeks and 6 months after treatment. Results In reexamination after 6 months, patients had good oral sanitary conditions and stable implants. Proportion of bleeding on probing（BOP） was 24.1%. After 4 weeks, their keratinized mucous membrane width was significantly improved, compared with that before operation（P〈0.05）. After 6 months, the improvement of keratinized mucous membrane width had no statistically significant difference with that in 4 weeks（P〉0.05）, while its difference with that before operation had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Attached gingiva reconstruction is easily operational with important effect in oral implant repair. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
