摘要
本文采用回收的废玻璃在高于玻璃化转变温度下短时间烧结制备出具有一定孔隙度和强度的过滤用多孔玻璃。废玻璃破碎成细颗粒后过筛,并在32 MPa的压力下模压成型,压坯在640℃到670℃的温度区间内烧结。实验结果表明,试样在670℃烧结30 min可以获得合适的抗弯强度(12.84 MPa)和开孔率(29.4%),此时的多孔玻璃具有明显的烧结颈,平均孔径为10μm左右,平均氮气通量和水通量分别为13600 m3m-2h-1bar-1和693.4 m3m-2h-1bar-1。
Porous glass from waste glass with a certain porosity and strength has been prepared by sintering the green materials in a short time above the glass transition temperature. Waste glass was ground into particles and sintered at the temperature from 640 ℃ to 670 ℃ after being molded at a pressure of 32 MPa. The results show that reasonable flexural strength (12.84 MPa) and porosity (29.4%) could be achieved by sintering the specimens at 670 ℃ for 30 rain, when the porous glass had obvious sintering neck, average pore size of around 10 μm, and average nitrogen gas flux and water flux of 13600 mam-2hl bar-1 and 693.4 mam-2h-I bar1 respectively.
