摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了硬脂酸柱撑镁铝镧三元类水滑石,采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析、红外光谱(FT-IR)分析及热重分析(TGA)对其进行表征。利用刚果红法、转矩流变仪研究了其对PVC热稳定性能的影响及与其他热稳定助剂的协同效果,并通过紫外光谱初步分析了热稳定机理。结果表明,硬脂酸柱撑镁铝镧类水滑石的长期热稳定性较好,与季戊四醇存在明显的协同效应。当上述两者等质量比复配后可使PVC静态稳定时间达到73 min,动态热稳定时间达到2411 s,扭矩适中,能够提高PVC的热稳定性能和加工性能。
Stearic acid pillared MgA1La hydrotalcite-like was synthesized by coprecipitation method. The structural information of the product was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformed infrared spectrum (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The thermal stability for PVC and synergistic effect with other stabilizers were studied by Congo red method and torque rheometer. The thermal stability mechanism for PVC of the product was preliminary analyzed by ultraviolet spectrum. The results showed that the product behaves a long-term thermal and obvious synergistic effect with pentaerythritol. When the above two stabilizers are compounded with equal quality ratio, the static and dynamic thermal stability time of PVC could thermal stability and processing performance reach 73 min and 2411 s and the torque is fit . Then, the of PVC has been improved
