摘要
卧式虹吸刮刀卸料离心机在EDTA工业性试验初期存在晶体破碎大、洗涤效果差、生产能力较低等问题。通过调整各运行参数、改变洗液介质、控制洗液温度以及改进洗涤管等措施,最终达到EDTA洗涤、分离要求,为该机进一步推广提供了依据。
Horizontal siphon peeler centrifuge has some problems at the initail industrial test.Such as large break up of crys-tal, bad washing result, low production capacity and so on. By adjusting each working parameter, changing the washing medium,controlling the tempreture of the washing lotion and improving the washing pipe. EDTA washing and separating requirement canbe reached, which provides the reason for further promotion of this machine
