摘要
秦岭是我国重要的天然分界线,拥有重要的战略地位,同时拥有众多的文化资源和生态资源,具有极其丰富的文化和生态开发潜力,而西安秦岭北麓沿山文化带文化产业的开发和生态环境的有序建设对该地区经济发展和文化繁荣有很重大的意义。通过对比归纳国外文化产业发展和生态建设的经验,同时又实地走访调研西安秦岭北麓文化产业和生态建设情况,分析了西安秦岭北麓沿山文化带资源开发现状以及文化产业发展取得的成就,并提出诸多的问题,如文化项目单一,生态环境污染等问题。论述生态环境建设与文化产业发展之间的辩证关系。提出了在西安秦岭北麓沿山文化带文化产业发展和生态建设中应该走出一条创新之路、集约之路、统筹之路、科学之路和生态之路,协调发展文化产业和生态建设,通过文化产业繁荣促进生态建设,二者共同推动当地经济文化发展。
Qinling Mountains, an important north-south boundary in China and an important strategic position with plenty of cultural and ecological resources, abounds with the potential of culture and ecological development Therefore the culture industry development and ecological environment construction of the cultural zone along the northern site of Qinling Mountains are vital for Xi＇an＇s economic and cultural thrive. Based on the abroad experience of cultural industry development and the ecological construction and the investigation of home situation along the northern size of Qinling Mountains, the paper analyzes the current condition of resource exploration and the achievement of culture industry in the area, concerning the realistic problems such as the singleness of culture project, the pollution of ecological environment and so on. The paper also discusses the dialectical relation between ecological environment construction and culture industry development and puts forward an innovation path, which is intensive, integrated, scientific and ecological. It is important to coordinate culture industries construction with ecological environment development, promote ecological construction with the prosperity of culture industries, and impel jointly the local economic and cultural development.
