摘要
仲钨酸铵(APT)中的杂质元素测定是高品质钨制品的重要环节,在此领域新设备新方法不断涌现,其中微量Na、K的测定方法也在实践中不断完善。研究采用微氨性水溶液在断续搅动下缓慢加热溶解试样,使试样充分溶解;用氯化铯(CsCl)抑制Na、K在火焰中的电离效应,消除了电离干扰,提高测定灵敏度,同时吸光值也比较稳定;用提纯的APT和空白实验消除背景和其他干扰,使得测定结果准确可靠,测定范围:0.0005%~0.005%。研究还表明,在加入消电离剂CsCl后,Na、K在原子吸收分光光度计(AAS)测定时灵敏度明显提高,并且K的灵敏度高于Na。
In high energy sources emission spectra and chemical separation method that both can not accurately test the results on Na and K in APT, because these two elements' excitation energy are low, spectra's high temperature could make Na and K volatilization, the testing results will be wrong. AAS method could get correct result, the theory of AAS method is that put sample in slowly intermittent stirring and low temperature heated micro ammonia water solution, ,put cesium chloride in solution for restrain sodium and potassium ionization effects in flame, that could eliminate ionization interference, also increase testing sensitivity. use the purified APT and do blank experiment could eliminate background and other interference, thereby research and lay down this AAS testing method for getting rapid and accurate testing result.
