摘要
从现用导线提线器的使用现状问题入手,提出一种大吨位、高强度、工效显著的特高压蜗轮蜗杆导线提线器。通过对其设计流程的介绍,受力分析校验和实用效果对比,验证了此特高压大吨位导线提线器显著的优越性,应用前景广阔。
From the using problems of the current conducting wire lifters , this paper puts forward an UHV conducting wire lifter of worm and gear of large tonnage , high strength and high efficient .Through the introduction of design flow , the force analysis and check , and the comparison of practical effects , it confirms this lifter has the significant advantages and a wide application prospect .
