摘要
在以往的汉江水源地的企业污染评价中,主管部门只是简单地根据企业污染排放量进行单一主观评价,针对此种评价的不合理、不科学问题,这里选取用户、同行和专家不同的评价主体,利用层次分析法(AHP)建立企业污染综合评价的多层次指标体系以及权重向量,计算出综合评价的结果。通过实例验证,针对企业污染综合评价,得出该方法是合理有效的。
In the past evaluation of Han River water source pollution caused by enterprises near Han River, the single sub- jective evaluation was proceeded by competent department according to pollution discharge of the enterprises. Since the men- tioned evaluation is unreasonable and unscientific, some different evaluation subjects （customers, peers and experts） are selected, multi-level index system and weight vector of pollution comprehensive evaluation are established for the enterprises, and the comprehensive evaluation results are calculated. The example verification result shows that the proposed method is reasonable and effective for comprehensive evaluation of pollution caused by enterprises.
