摘要
450~470 MHz频段低,传播损耗小,绕射能力强,采用与高频段相同数量的基站,可以覆盖更大范围,特别适于在农村或人烟稀少地区使用,实现农村宽带建设。首先分析IMT FDD系统与铁路调度系统的共存场景,随后给出了2个系统的参数取值及传播模型建议,通过确定性分析方法得到了2个系统共存所需要的隔离度要求,最后给出系统共存时所需干扰规避措施建议,并呼吁国家尽快出台该频段的IMT规划方案。
Because of low propagation loss and strong diffraction capability, 450~470 MHz frequency band is particularly adapted for use to achieve rural broadband construction in rural or sparsely populated areas, which using the same number of base stations with high frequency band, can cover a larger range areas. It firstly analyzes the co-existence of IMT FDD system and railway dispatching system, then gives two system parameters and propagation model. Then it calculates the isolation requirements between two systems using deterministic analysis method, and final y suggests the interference cancel ation methods re-quired.
