摘要
针对车身零部件设计对材料的不同要求,提出了基于模糊折衷决策的多材料车身选材方法。首先,通过综合考虑零部件的多种性能,采用问卷调查和专家打分法对定性的零部件性能指标和顾客需求进行量化,建立模糊折衷决策原始矩阵。接着采用"质量屋"方法确定材料属性权重,结合材料属性权重和原始矩阵构建加权规范化决策矩阵,通过计算海明距离和相对贴近度,获得各零部件的材料排序方案。最后将该方法应用于某型车的实例中,并通过仿真分析验证了该方法的可行性。
In view of the different requirements of autobody part design on material, a new way of material selection for multi-material autobody is proposed based on fuzzy VIKOR method. Firstly, with comprehensive consideration of various performances of autobody parts and by using questionnaire survey and expert scoring, the quali- tative performance indicators and customer requirements of autobody parts are quantified with the original matrix of fuzzy VIKOR established. Then the weighing factors for material attributes are determined with "house of quality" method and the weighted normalized decision-making matrix is constructed by combing the weighing factors for mate- rial attributes with original fuzzy VIKOR matrix, and the order of candidate materials for each part of autobody is obtained by calculating Hamming distance and relative closeness. Finally the method proposed is applied to a real ear example with simulations, verifying the feasibility of the method.
