摘要
根据多现场WinCC工业设备状态集中监测的要求,分析了WinCC现有DDE、OPC和Web Navigator技术存在的局限性,提出了一种基于传感器和WinCC脚本技术的多现场设备状态远程集中监测方案。在原有WinCC控制系统基础上进行系统架构设计和UDP数据帧格式设计,编写WinCC全局动作脚本并实现数据包接收与解析程序,从而搭建设备状态集中监测系统信息化管理平台。该方案改造费用少,系统投入使用后,运行可靠,效率高,为多现场设备状态集中监测提供技术支持。
Based on the requirement of monitor and control for multi-locale WinCC industrial equipments state,the limitations of the related existing WinCC technologies,such as DDE,OPC and Web Navigator are analyzed in this paper.A scheme that can centralized monitor and control the multi-local equipments state remotely based on the Sensors and WinCC script technology is proposed.Based on the intrinsic WinCC control system,the system structure and the format of UDP data frames are designed,the WinCC global action script is wrote,and the receiving and parsing programs for data pack are implemented.
