摘要
综合运用经济学、社会学等理论,以组织演化为切入点,深入西方职业体育演化历程,以揭示西方职业体育联盟的内在特质,在此基础上,提出我国职业体育联盟建设逻辑,以指导实践。研究发现,职业体育联盟带有顺应西方经济、政治、法律和社会规限的特质,而作为西方职业体育出于利润最大化需求的产业化运营组织实体,其内在特质又显现为利益共同体组织。结合西方职业体育联盟组织演化规律,针对我国职业体育组织化问题,提出我国职业体育联盟建设应基于现有国情、体情展开,以实体化协会制改革为基本内容,以利益共同体型塑为基本取向,以推进我国职业体育综合治理机制改革为基本指向。
Integrated theories of economics and sociology, and the starting point of organization evolution, we revealed the features of western professional sports league, and we also proposed the construction logic of professional sports leagues in China to guide practice. Complying with restrictions of economic, political, legal and social is the characteristics of western professional sports league, and as benefit community organizations is the other inherent characteris- tic of western professional sports league which is demanded for profit-maximizing industrial entities operating organization. Combined with organization evolu- tion pattern of Western professional sports, and aimed for organization problems of Chinese professional sports, we also put forward that Chinese professional sports league should be built on existing conditions, as well as sports status of Chinese, which professional sports league construction may propel association reform to materialization as the basic content, shape the interests community as the basic orientation, and promote the comprehensive reform of professional sports governance mechanism as the basic point.
