摘要
对66例高血压患者进行球结膜微循环的观察,发现其中75.7％的患者有微血管形态学改变;96.9％的患者有红细胞凝集。此外尚有缺血区以及微血管管径粗细不均等。由此可见,高血压患者微循环的病理变化是明显的。高血压病人的治疗,应重在改善其微循环。
An observation result of microcirculation of the bulhar conjunction with 66 hypertensives showed that, 75.7％ of them had morphological variation of microvessels and 96.9％ of them had hemagglutination. Some ischemic areas and different diameters of microvessels were also found. It indicated that the pathological variations of conjunctival microvasculature of hypertensives were obvious. So to improve microcirculation may be important in treatment for hypertensives.
