摘要
针对多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化装置烧嘴冷却水泵的电气回路配置、DCS工艺联锁、烧嘴冷却水泵启动方式等出现的问题进行了原因分析,并实施了相应的整改和优化措施。通过近1年的生产实际运行检验,效果显著,没有因为烧嘴冷却水问题导致气化炉烧嘴损坏或造成停车事故,确保了气化炉的长周期稳定运行。
In connection with problems in coal-water slurry pressurized gasifier with opposed multi-nozzle,such as electric circuit configuration of nozzle cooling water pump,DCS interlock,start-up mode of nozzle cooling water pump,etc.,the cause analysis is carried out,and relevant reformation and optimization measures are implemented.Tested by actual production operation for nearly one year,the results are remarkable,there are no gasifier nozzle damage and accidental shutdown caused by nozzle cooling water problem,the stable operation for a long period of the gasifier is guaranteed.
