摘要
离子液体由于独特的物化性质,被认为是可代替传统溶剂的一种新型绿色溶剂,近年来在天然产物萃取分离应用中引起广泛的关注。从离子液体的特性出发,综述了液液萃取、双水相萃取、固定化离子液体萃取、微波辅助萃取、超声强化萃取在天然产物萃取方面的最新应用进展,并对离子液体在天然产物萃取分离应用中存在的问题和应用前景进行了分析讨论及展望。
Ionic liquids is considered to be a new type of green solvent instead of the traditional solvents due to the unique physical and chemical properties, which has attracted wide attention in the extraction and separation of natural products. This paper starts from the properties of ionic liquids and summarizes the lastest developments of the liquid-liquid extraction, aqueous two-phase extraction, immobilized ionic liquid extraction, microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasonic extraction in the extraction of natural products, and meanwhile the existing problems and the application of ionic liquids in the extraction of natural products were discussed and prospected.
