单缸联合循环汽轮机整锻转子与焊接转子材料研究 被引量:3

Study on Materials for Mock-block Rotor and Welded Rotor for Combined Cycle Steam Turbine in One Casing

摘要 对于功率较小的单缸联合循环汽轮机,其转子通常有两种结构,即整锻结构和焊接结构。对国内外两种结构的转子的用材、材料化学成分和力学性能以及制造工艺等进行论述,并对两种结构的用材进行了比较。由于焊接结构能够采用不同的材料拼焊而成,可以充分发挥材料的性能,因此,单缸汽轮机焊接转子材料具有更加广泛的应用前景。 For the light duty combined cycle steam turbine in one casing, the rotor generally consists of two structure, i. e. mock-block and welded structure. This paper discusses the materials, chemical composition, mechanical properties, as well as manufacturing process for the above mentioned rotors, and material comparison is done for the two type of rotors. Because the welded rotor can be made by different materials and exert the advantages of materials to larger extent, hence, the materials for welded rotors are more promising for the combined cycle steam turbine.
