摘要
优秀的企业文化能够给企业带来持续发展的动力,促进企业的持续长青发展,而文化也并非一成不变。本文以任正非的文化观和华为文化体系为研究对象,结合沙因对文化内涵的三层次的划分以及奎因的竞争价值模型,得出三个结论:企业应当识别文化的作用惯性,并主动进行文化变革;企业文化的变革应当与企业的发展阶段相匹配;企业文化变革中应注意文化内容的变与不变。
