摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在急诊科中的临床效果。方法选取急诊科收治的160例患者,将其采用随机数字表法分为两组,观察组患者给予优质护理服务,对照组患者给予常规护理服务,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,且护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论急诊科患者应用优质护理服务的临床效果明显。
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of quality care in the emergency department. Methods Select 160 cases who were treated in emergency patients, which were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing service,the control group were given routine nursing care,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results Patients in the observation group SAS, SDS scores were lower than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical application effect of high quality nursing service in patients in emergency department were.
