摘要
该文针对一次定位夹紧加工流量控制阀套4个面上各两个相对斜孔工艺进行了分析,如果一次定位夹紧加工4个面上各2个异向斜孔,无论在该公司现有的立式加工中心、卧式加工中心或坐标镗上都无法完成,用组合夹具也无法保证,整体钻模结构复杂,制造困难。为此而设计了分体结构、组合运用的专用钻模,利用钻模体组件6个面分别与V型块2个面定位在钻床上来完成上述斜孔的加工,保证工件的尺寸精度和位置精度。
After analyzing the processing method of the flow control sleeve's incl'med holes, if taking the primary positioning method to pro- eess each two opposite holes on total four surfaces, it is proved that it can' t be achieved by the current facilities that exist in our company, such as vertical machining center, horizontal it' s hard to make the complete drilling mould. The special drilling mould with separate struc- ture and also can be used in combination way is designed. Respectively take the special drilling mould' s six surfaces and the two surfaces of the V-type block to position in the drilling machine, not only successfully resolve the sleeve' s inclined .
