摘要
针对国内外钢卷包装技术现状,研究新型全自动钢卷包装机组的工艺实现及设备组成。实现从入口交接→物流运输→自动控制的数据采集→信息传输→包装材料的在线制作→包装材料自动安装→打捆→成品卷缓存,整个过程的全自动无人化。
In allusion to the present situation of domestic and foreign coil packaging technology,research and realize process and equipment components of new unmanned full automatic coil packaging line.Realize from en-trance handover→logistics transportation→data collection for automatic control→information transmission→manufac-turing packing material online→installing packing material automatically→banding→storing finished product,The whole process is completed automatically and unmanned.
