摘要
研究了不同炭黑对填充BIIR2032的加工性能、动态力学性能、硫化特性及物理机械性能的影响,分析了炭黑在胶料中的分散情况。结果表明,小粒径、高结构度的炭黑混炼困难,吃料慢,门尼黏度大;随炭黑粒径增大,焦烧时间、正硫化时间逐渐增大,而最大扭矩及硫化扭矩逐渐减小;炭黑粒径太大或太小均不利于炭黑在胶料中的分散,炭黑N660的分散性为最好,炭黑粒径和结构度对Tg影响不大;在相同用量下,随炭黑粒径的增大,拉伸强度出现先减小后稍有增大,断裂伸长率呈上升趋势,而100%、300%定伸应力和硬度逐渐下降;不同炭黑对硫化胶的热氧老化性能影响不大。
Influence of different carbon black on dispersion, processing performance, dynamic properties,cure characteristics and mechanical properties of BIIR2032 was investigated.The results showed that small particle size and high structure of carbon black was processed difficulty. And mooney viscosity of BIIR2032 compounds was increased. With the carbon particle size increased, the scorch time and curing time of BIIR2032 compounds was increased, while the maximum torque and vulcanization torque was decreased. Dispersion of BIIR2032 compounds filled with N660 was best. this kinds of carbon black gave little effect on the Tg; At the same dosage,with the carbon black particle size increased,the tensile strength was decreased after the first and then slightly increased. The elongation at break was rising,but 100%,300%modulus and hardness was decreased. Different carbrn black on thermal aging properties of vulcanized rubber had little effect.
