摘要
介绍了南钢焦化各工序目前的生产状况及环保技术的应用:包括干熄焦技术、配煤仓地面除尘站、焦油渣回配炼焦煤、化产系统建排气洗净装置、原A2O系统基础上增建AIS微生物处理及"臭氧+BAF生物滤池+高级氧化"的组合工艺。并对当前生产中存在的机焦侧炉头烟尘难控制、焦炉车辆自动清门清框装置失效、化产尾气外溢、焦炉煤气脱硫效率低等问题提出了相应的解决措施。
Introduced in the paper were the present production status of the various processes of Nanjing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. and the environmental protection measures taken by the company during its production process. The plant adopted the coke dry quenching technology; brought in a coal blending bin and a ground station; its tar residue was blended back into the coking coal; exhaust gas washing facilities were erected for the chemical products recovery system and a combined process of" ozone + BAF biofiher + advanced oxidation" was set up in addition to the A20 system. Countermeasures were recommended to correct such existing problems as the difficulty in controlling the fume and dust at the jambs of the pusher side and the coke side; failure in automatic door/frame cleaning of the coke oven cars; tail gas emission from the chemical products recovery system; poor desulfurization efficiency of the coke oven gas, etc.
