摘要
为了提高供电企业协同办公系统运行的安全稳定性,探索该系统特巡特维风险管控方法。针对协同办公系统原来被动的运维状况,借鉴安全生产部门的成功经验,对协同办公系统开展特巡特维工作。通过全面辨识该系统运行中可能存在的各类风险,形成特巡特维工作规范,制定管控措施,并将措施纳入到日常巡视、维护计划中,重点解决长期存在或经常出现的问题。实践证明,特巡特维风险管控方法在协同办公系统运维工作规范、风险梳理、员工技能传递以及工作效率提高等方面收到了较好的成效,对提升信息系统运维水平有帮助。
In order to improve the security and stability of power supply enterprise OA system operation, the special inspection and maintenance risk management and control for the system is explored.Aiming at the original passive operation and maintenance status of the cooperative office system, the specialinspectionandmaintenance of theOA system is developed by learning successful experiences from safety production department. By totally identifyingall kinds of risks possibly existed during the system operation are totally, the specification of the specialinspectionandmaintenance work is formatted, the management and control measures are established and incorporated into daily inspection and maintenance plan, which are used to solve mainly problems which have been existed for a long time or often occur. Practice has proved that the specialinspectionandmaintenance risk managementand control method receives better effects from aspects of the standardization of OA system operation and maintenance work, risk rearrangement, transmission of personnel skill and the improvement of working efficiency, which is helpful to the improvement of operation and maintenance level of information system.
