摘要
介绍了基于NPC(Neutral Point Clamped)三电平逆变器的光伏发电系统并网控制策略。根据光伏阵列的等效电路,在Matlab/Simulink中建立了光伏阵列模型,利用扰动观察法对光伏发电系统中Boost电路进行最大功率点跟踪(Maximum Power Point Tracking,MPPT)控制,对NPC三电平逆变器采用U-Q控制并网策略,并对系统进行了建模仿真。仿真结果表明,该控制策略能够准确地实现光伏的最大功率点跟踪,并能有效地保证将逆变器直流侧传输的有功功率注入电网。
Introduced the control strategy for 3-level PV grid-connected NPC (Neutral-Point- Clamped) inverter. PV array model was established in Matlab / Simulink in accordance with the equivalent circuit of the PV array. Perturbation and observation method was used to control MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) in the Boost circuit of PV generating system while U-Q controlled grid-connection strategy was adopted for 3-level NPC inverter to build the system model for simulation. Simulation results showed that this control strategy could achieve accurate tracking of maximum PV power and could effectively ensure active power transmission at the DC side of the inverter into the power grid.
