摘要
随着港区后方配套的原油管道建成投入使用,日照港将最终建设4座30万吨级原油码头。结合30万吨级原油码头的实际,对可能导致溢油风险的因素进行系统分析,从降低事故风险概率和减轻事故后果两方面提出避免溢油污染事故发生的防控对策。
As the crude oil pipelines are put into effect, four 300 000 t crude oilwharfs will be constructed by Rizhao Port. Some factors that may lead to oil spill riskon the 300 000 t crude oil wharf are analyzed with an aim to lowering the accident riskrate and reducing accident consequences. Finally some prevention and controlcountermeasures are presented.
