摘要
为实现快速检测芒果农药残留,探索最佳的快速检测方法,从主要芒果生产基地随机抽取10份样品,并随机选取其中2份样品,加入不同的农药标准液,分别采用速测卡法和酶液比色法进行快速定性分析,用气相色谱仪进行方法可行性验证,从而确定芒果最佳的快速检测方法。
In order to fast test mango's pesticide residual and explore the best testing method, ten samples were drawn randomly from major mango production base, among the ten sample, two samples were drawn randomly and different pesticide standard liquids were put in, by means of fast-test card method and enzyme liquid color comparison method, a fast analysis was made to determine its residual, with feasible verification by gaschromatograph, so as to determine the best testing method.
