摘要
目的：探究导致骨科患者术前焦虑的影响因素以及制定针对性的护理对策。方法：选自本院2013年1~12月期间收治接受手术治疗的骨科患者100例,对其临床资料以回顾性的方法进行分析,了解致使其产生焦虑的因素。以随机数字表的方法将患者分为对照组与实验组,对照组患者接受常规手术护理,实验组患者在常规护理基础上应用针对性心理护理。对比两组患者心理指标变化。结果：对骨科患者术前造成焦虑的因素主要有：性别、应对方式、社会支持程度还有文化程度（P〈0.05）等;相对于对照组患者,实验组患者焦虑情绪状况更具有优越性,两者对比具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对骨科患者在术前需要进行针对性的心理护理,有助于缓解患者焦虑的负面情绪以及应激反应,更有助于缩短患者术后康复时间。
Objective： To explore the cause of orthopaedic patients with preoperative anxiety factors and formulate corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods：Selected from our hospital in January 2013~December 2013 during surgery in our hospital 100 cases of orthopaedic patients,the clinical data in the method of retrospective analysis,understand the factors to cause the anxiety.With random number table method divided the patients into control group and experimental group,control group patients received routine surgery nursing,the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing patients with application of targeted psychological care.Compare two groups patients psychological index changes.Results：For orthopaedic patients with preoperative anxiety factors mainly include：gender,coping styles and social support level and cultural level（P〈0.05）,etc.;Patients who were compared with the control group,experimental group patients anxiety status has more advantages,which compared with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In patients with orthopaedic preoperative requires targeted psychological care,will help ease the anxiety of patients with negative emotions and stress reaction,more help to shorten the patients postoperative recovery time.
