摘要
目的:探讨分析子宫腺肌病病灶神经生长因子(NGF)蛋白表达水平及神经纤维植入密度与患者痛经的关系。方法:选取该科2011年1月-2013年12月60例因子宫腺肌病行全子宫切除术的患者,同时选取同期因子宫肌瘤行全子宫切除术的患者62例作为对照组。对于所有患者术前予痛经视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分并测定病灶NGF的表达水平和蛋白基因产物9.5(Protein gene product9.5,PGP9.5)阳性神经纤维植入。分析病灶NGF强度和PGP9.5与痛经的相关性。结果:腺肌病疼痛组的NGF表达水平和PGP9.5阳性神经密度均显著高于对照组和腺肌病无痛组,P〈0.05。轻中度疼痛组的NGF表达水平和PGP9.5阳性神经密度显著高于无痛组,P〈0.05;重度疼痛组的NGF表达水平和PGP9.5阳性神经密度显著高于无痛组和轻中度疼痛组,P〈0.05。腺肌病患者病灶NGF强度、PGP9.5均和VAS评分具有相关性,P〈0.05。结论:子宫腺肌病病灶NGF蛋白表达水平及神经纤维植入密度与患者痛经有一定的相关性,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective: To analyze the adenomyosis lesion nerve growth factor (NGF) protein levels and nerve fiber density in pa- tients with implanted dysmenorrhea. Methods: 60 cases with hysterectomy adenomyosis in our department from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected, while 62 cases due to uterine fibroids hysterectomy over the same period were also selected as a control group. All pa- tients had Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) . Immunohistochemical assay was taken to detect NGF expression levels, say showed that the protein gene product 9. 5 ( PGP9. 5 ) -positive nerve fibers implantation. Correlation of the lesion NGF strength and PGP9. 5 with dysmenorrhea was analyzed. Results: NGF expression levels and PGP9. 5 positive nerve density in the adenomyosis pain group were significantly higher than those of control and adenomyosis painless groups, P〈0. 05. NGF expression levels and PGP9. 5 positive nerve density in the mild to moderate pain group were significantly higher than those of painless group, P〈0. 05 ; NGF expression level and PGP9. 5 positive nerve density in the severe pain group were significantly higher than those of painless group and light and mild pain group, P〈0. 05. NGF intensity in adenomyosis lesions and PGP9.5 and VAS scores were correlated, P〈0. 05. Conclusion: In adenomyosis lesion, NGF protein levels and nerve fiber density in patients with dysmenorrhea implants have some relevance, which is worthy of further study.
