摘要
本文阐述了新时期档案文化建设的内涵,分析了机关档案文化管理的现状及存在的问题,提出了机关档案文化建设的策略。
This paper explains the connotation of archival culture construction in new era, analyzes the sta- tus quo of organization＇s archival culture construction and the existing problems, based on which the strate- gy for organization＇s archival culture construction is put forward.
