摘要
采用水热法制备了MFe2O4/MWCNTs(M=Ni、Co、Zn)复合材料。借助X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电镜和矢量网络分析仪对产物的结构、形貌和电磁参数进行了表征测试。根据传输线理论计算了样品吸波效果图及复合材料在不同厚度下的反射率曲线。结果表明:以纯水为反应溶剂,合成纯净且晶型较好的铁氧体材料;相同条件下,铁氧体不同对包覆情况有较大影响。3种复合样品中CoFe2O4/MWCNTs复介电常数及复磁导率实部较小且虚部较大,表现出较好的吸波性能;当厚度为1.5mm时,低于-10dB的频宽为2.5GHz,最大吸收峰值达-35dB。
The MFe2O4/MWCNTs(M=Ni,Co,Zn)composites were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method.The structural characteristics,morphology and electromagnetic parameters were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and network analyzer.According to the theory of transmission line,the color map of reflectivity and microwave absorption curves of composites were calculated.The results showed that the pure spinel ferrite with better crystal type was synthesized when just used water as the solvent.It is found that different ferrite influenced the coated situation at the same conditions.The composites which showed good absorbing property had smaller real part and larger imaginary part of complex permittivity and permeability.In particular,the maximum reflectivity was-35 dB and the bandwidth of the reflectivity which below-10 dB was 2.5GHz when the thickness of composites was 1.5mm.
