摘要
通过问卷调查,考察中国科技工作者职业价值观的地域差异。分析发现,中国31个省、自治区和直辖市科技工作者的职业价值观存在显著差异。与东部地区科技工作者相比,中西部地区科技工作者具备更强的科研学术和社会责任、科研精神和信心,职业价值观平均得分呈现出中部>西部>东部的情况。科技工作者职业价值观与地区科研经费投入、地区专利申请受理数和国外技术引进合同数、合同金额成负相关关系。
Based on the first questionnaire of scientists＇ values and philosophy, this paper studies regional differences of scientists＇ professional values in China. Significant differences have been found among the observed regions. The scientists in central and western regions have a stronger sense of academic and social responsibility, scientific spirit and confidence than those in eastern re- gions. According to the scores of professional values, central and western areas have higher scores than eastern area. The findings shows that the scores of professional values have a significant negative correlation with regional R＆D expenditure, accepted patent applications and imported technology contracts.
