摘要
目的探讨二次剖宫产切口美学选择及临床疗效。方法选取2013年11月到2014年11月于我院妊娠分娩进行二次剖宫产的产妇共140例,将产妇按照入院编号,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组产妇各70例,两组产妇在接受二次剖宫产手术后,比较两组产妇切口的瘢痕等临床症状。结果观察组各项数据明显优于对照组,组间手术瘢痕存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论下腹壁纵切口手术在临床上具有更高的应用价值,该切口形式一方面能提高手术后愈合率,另一方面还具有较高的美观性,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of two cesarean sectioi~ incision and the clinical curative effect of aesthetic choice. Methods From 2013 November to 2014 November in our hospital, pregnancy and delivery of two cesarean section in 140 cases, were in accordance with the admission number, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 70 cases in each group, two pregnant women in two caesarean section after operation, were compared between the two groups the clinical symptoms such as incision scar. Results In the observation group, the data significantly better than the control group, there is significant difference between the operation scar group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Lower abdominal vertical incision operation has higher application value in clinic, on the one hand, the form of operation incision can improve the healing rate, the appearance of a high, it is worth for clinical use.
