摘要
目的：探究部分切除术治疗外伤性脾破裂的疗效。方法选取于2013年2月～2014年2月在我院就诊的外伤性脾破裂患者共60例，随机分为观察组与对照组，两组患者各30例，其中，观察组患者行部分切除术，而对照组患者采用全脾切除手术。观察患者手术治疗过程以及术后并发症。结果观察组的治疗效果明显要优于对照组，患者的并发症发生率低同时脾脏功能恢复情况良好。结论部分切除术在治疗外伤性脾破裂上，保留了患者脾脏的正常生理功能，术后恢复中效果良好，值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of partial resection operation in traumatic spleen rupture.Methods Selection in February 2013~February 2014 in our hospital, a total of 60 patients with traumatic spleen rupture , were randomly divided into observation group and control group , two groups of patients with 30 cases each . The observation group of patients with partial resection ,the control group were treated by whole spleen resection surgery . The operative process and postoperative complications were observed. Results Therapeutic effect of observation group was obviously better than the control group , low complication rates and the spleen in patients with functional recovery in good condition .Conclusion Partial resection in the treatment of traumatic spleen rupture , keep the normal physiological function of patients with spleen , in the postoperative recovery effect is good .It has the value of clinical application.
