摘要
目的：探讨小儿阵发性室上性心动过速的治疗；方法选取我院门诊及住院患者临床2012年3月～2014年6月收治的小儿阵发性室上性心动过速30例的临床治疗资料进行分析。结果静脉注射后，发作终止26例，总有效29例，无效1例，总有效率96.66%。结论选择适当的药物治疗，才能发挥最大的疗效，并可避免盲目用药可能发生的一些副反应。
ObjectiveTo study the treatment of children with paroxysmal room tachycardia;Methods To chosen the 30 cases patients from the hospital outpatient, the patients were chosen from March 2012 to June 2014.ResultsAfter the intravenous injection, 26 cases were termination, the total effective were 29 cases, 1 case was not effective, the total effective rate was 96.66%.Conclusion To choose the proper medication, can play a maximum of curative effect, and avoid the blindly drug effects.
