摘要
目的：探究曲美他嗪治疗老年心力衰竭的临床效果。方法搜集我院心脑血管内科2014年1月～2015年1月收治的49例老年心力衰竭患者，根据临床用药的不同分为两组，研究组给与曲美他嗪药物治疗，参照组给与美托洛尔药物治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果（1）研究组患者的治疗有效率92.0%（23/25）显著高于参照组83.3%（20/24），P〈0.05；（2）研究组患者的左室射血分数LVEF、每分排血量CO、心率HR、心搏出量SV显著优于参照组，P〈0.05；（3）研究组患者不良反应的发生率8.0%（2/25）显著低于参照组20.8%（5/24）， P〈0.05。结论曲美他嗪治疗老年心力衰竭的临床效果显著，可以有效改善患者的心功能，降低不良反应的发生率，值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect on senile heart failure in Vasore treatment.MethodsTo divide the 49 cases patients into two groups. The study group adopted the Vasore drug treatment, the control group adopted the Metoprolol drug treatment. To compare the difference between the two groups. Al the patients were chosen from January 2014 to January 2015.Results（1） The effective rate in study group 92.0% （23/25） was significantly higher than that in the control group 83.3% （20/24）,P〈 0.05; （2） Left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF, CO, and heart rate per minute output measure HR, heart beat SV in study group were much better than these in control group,P ＆lt; 0.05; （3） The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was only 8.0% （2/25） was much lower than it in control group 20.8% （5/24）,P ＆lt; 0.05.Conclusion To adopt the Vasore in the treatment of senile heart was significantly, it can effectively improve the patient＆#39;s heart function, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, it is worth to use in clinical promotion.
