简述煤制烯烃项目中的主要工艺,介绍开工氢气还原变换催化剂、甲醇合成催化剂的方案及氢气消耗估算,对比外购氢气和甲醇裂解制氢在装置全周期的经济性,可为国内大型煤制烯烃项目开工氢气气源选择提供参考。
Introduced in brief was the main process of the coal-to-oletin project.The proposal of hydrogen reduction for CO shift catalyst and methanol synthesis catalyst was put forward and. the hydrogen consumption was estimated.The economics were compared between the imported hydrogen and methanol decomposition prepared hydrogen in the whole project life cycle.This can serve as a reference for the start-up H2 selection of large domestic coat to olefin plants.
