摘要
阐述了国际贸易中跟单的发展现状,探讨了国际贸易中的跟单要求及其跟单分显得来源。在此基础上,提出在国际贸易中通过谨慎选取贸易合作伙伴、严格审查签订合同时的各条款单据、必须附有商品检测条款、提高贸易双方业务人员专业素质跟单风险的防范措施。
This paper elaborates on the current development of documentary in international trade and dis cusses the documentary requirements in international trade and the source of documentary risk. （）n this ba sis, it puts forward some risk prevention countermeasures, such as the careful selection of trading part nets, critical review of the documents~ improving the professional quality of trading operation staff.
