"一带一路"是国家战略,各地的应对一是需要引进和培育大批的智能型人才;二是必须抓紧地方智库建设,充分发挥其在地方经济社会发展中的战略导引作用,并一定要积极地吸收高层次的研究人员参加地方事项的研究;三是明确扩张国内市场,借此机遇,将基本实现工业化的努力放在国内;四是认识到这一国家战略的意义更多的不在经济方面,而在文化方面,即通过文化连接带动经济发展,高度重视本地特有的历史文化与丝绸之路文化的连接,最重要的是连接世界和平文化,保障中国经济的和平发展环境。
The ＂Belt and Road＂ is the national strategy. There are many countermeasures to deal with this strategy. The first one is to introduce and cultivate a large number of intelligent talents. The second one is to pay close attention to the construction of local think tanks, give full play to the local economic and social development and strategic guidance, and actively absorb the researchers to join in the local matters. The third one is to expand the domestic market, and take this opportunity, place the efforts of realizing industrialization in China. The forth one is to realize that the significance of national strategy not only means to economy, but also to culture, that is, promote the economy development through cultural connection. We need pay great attention to the connection between the local unique history and the Silk Road culture, guarantee the peaceful development environment of China economy.
