摘要
以淀粉型甘薯徐薯26为试验材料,研究了不同钾肥施用量对干物质积累与分配、光合特性、产量、块根淀粉含量及钾肥利用率等的影响。结果表明,适量施钾可提高块根膨大速率,有利于同化物向地下运输,降低T/R值,提高叶片光合速率,提高鲜薯产量和淀粉产量。因此,在土壤钾含量为78 mg/kg的试验条件下,综合考虑鲜薯产量、淀粉产量和钾肥利用率等指标,淀粉型甘薯徐薯26的最佳施钾量为K2O 375 kg/hm2。
The objective of this study was to clarify the effects of different amount of potassium application on dry matter accumulation and distribution, photosynthetic characteristics, yield, storage root starch accumulation, potassium use efficiency of starchy sweet potato variety Xushu26. The results showed that, the application of adequate potassium increased the storage root thickening rate, accelerated the photosynthate translocation to storage root, reduced the T/R ratio in plants. Potassium application also improved the leaf photosynthetic rate, increased fresh storage root yield and starch yield. Therefore, under this experimental condition, considering fresh storage root yield and starch yield, and potassium efficiency for the production of storage roots, the amount of potassium fertilizer of 375 kg/hm^2 was appropriate for starchy sweet potato variety Xushu26.
