摘要
中华民族文化是各民族文化在长期的历史发展过程中相互交融而形成的文化整体。湖北恩施土家族苗族自治州咸丰县的民族文化是土家文化、汉文化与其他少数民族文化相互交融的产物,是以具有内聚力的土家族文化特质为中心多民族共享共存的文化丛现象,文化形态多种多样。近年来,咸丰县的民族文化保护工作取得了一定的成就,但也面临着群众保护意识淡薄、缺人才、缺设施、法律法规不完善等问题。为了更好地保护与传承民族文化,需要充分调动群众的积极性、加强人才队伍建设、加强民族文化基础设施建设、建立健全法律体系与完善民族文化保护体系。
The Chinese culture is a cultural whole which has been forming by different ethnic groups interacting with each other in the long process of historical development. The ethnic culture of Xian- feng Country in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, is a interacting and blending products of among Tujia culture, Chinese culture, and other minority ethnic cultures, based on the characteristics of the Tujia culture as the center of a cohesive multi-ethnic co-existence of shared cultural cluster phenomenon. In recent years, Xianfeng has made great achievements on the ethnic cultural conserva- tion, but also faced many challenges, such as faint masses＇ protection consciousness, lacking of tal- ents and facilities, as well as inadequate laws and regulations. In order to better protect the heritage of ethnic group culture, we need to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses, to strengthen the talent team construction, strengthen the construction of ethnic cultural infrastructure, build a sound legal system, and improve ethnic cultural protection system.
