摘要
基于三缸发动机前置前驱汽车动力传动系统,建立了传动系扭振分析模型。采用MATLAB软件编制了扭振特性的求解界面,通过对比计算结果,分析了双质量飞轮扭转减振器在不同工况下对汽车振动的影响作用。通过灵敏度分析,使传动系扭振特性得到优化,为双质量飞轮扭转减振器的设计以及整车传动系统的匹配优化提供了依据和工具。
Based on the power transmission system of vehicle with three cylinder engine front, analysis model of the torsional vibration characteristic of transmission system is established. An interfhce is programmed to solve this characteristic by MATLAB software. Through comparing calculation results, influence of dual mass flywheel torque damper on vehicle vibration under different working conditions is analyzed. Through analyzing sensitivity, the torsional vibration characteristic is optimized. This paper provides basis and tools for designing dual mass flywheel torque damper and matching and optimizing vehicle transmission system.
