摘要
目的经过研究调查讨论分析社区卫生院高血压患者的控制效果及其影响因素。方法在社区内现场采用随机调查方法对220例自述已经被确诊为高血压且40岁以上的高血压患者就患者的一般情况、每日食盐摄人量、高血压病程、血压、体重指数(BMI)、有无高血压家族史、合并慢性疾病、有无血脂异常、家庭经济情况、文化程度及日常生活行为习惯等方面内容进行问卷调查。结果统计调查的结果显示,血压控制效果良好和控制效果不佳两组患者存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区高血压患者根据实际病情,制定合理的综合性高血压防治措施,以减少心脑血管疾病的发生,规范社区健康管理。
Objective Through the research on factors of control effect of hypertension patients in community health center and its influence. Methods In the community the random survey methods 220 cases have been diagnosed with hypertension and self-reported hypertension patients over the age of 40 on the condition of the content to carry on the questionnaire survey. Results The survey results show that, the effect of blood pressure control and good control effect of two groups of patients with significant differences, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with hypertension in community according to the actual condition, formulate reasonable prevention and control measures of hypertension, in order to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, standardized community health management.
