摘要
目的分析骨盆骨折应用64层螺旋CT三维重组技术诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析2013年12月~2014年12月本院收治的骨盆骨折50例患者的临床资料,均采用64层螺旋CT三维重组技术予以诊断,观察其诊断价值。结果骨盆骨折50例患者中,发现120处骨质损伤,经X线平片有105处确诊,准确率为87.50%;经二维CT的图像诊断有112处确诊,准确率为93.33%;经64层螺旋CT三维重组技术有120处确诊,准确率为100%。结论骨盆骨折的患者应用64层螺旋CT三维重组技术诊断具有较高的价值,能提高准确率,并清晰显示骨折部位。
Objective Analysis of the value of pelvic fracture spiral CT diagnosis of 64 recombinant technology. Methods A retrospective analysis of December 2013-2014 December pelvic fractures were treated in our hospital clinical data of 50 patients, all with 64-slice spiral CT 3D Reconstruction technology to be diagnostic, observe its diagnostic value. Results Pelvic fractures in 50 patients and found that 120 of bone damage, the X-ray has 105 confirmed, accuracy was 87.50%; two-dimensional image diagnosis by CT has 112 confirmed, the accuracy was 93.33%; after 64 layer spiral CT has 120 confirmed recombinant technology, accuracy was 100%. Conclusion 64 patients with pelvic fractures application layer spiral CT diagnosis of recombinant technology has a high value, can improve the accuracy of, and clearly show the fracture site.
