热镀锌“塌形”缺陷卷成因分析及对策

摘要 对造成“塌形”卷的各种因素进行分析,认为卷取张力过低和带钢卷取温度过高易造成塌卷缺陷.通过改进卷取机的张力控制策略和降低带钢卷曲温度,防止了“塌形”卷缺陷的产生,从而提高了镀锌卷质量. Analyze various factors resulted in coil collapse. It is considered that the defect is caused by low coiling tension and high coiling temperature. Through improving the tension control strat- egy of coiler and lowering the coiling temperature of strip, the coil collapse defect is eliminated. There- fore, the galvanizing coil quality is improved.
